EMPLOYEE SAFETY

A Safe Workplace, By Design

Safety at Shakambhari Group is treated as an operating priority, not a compliance checkbox, because the people running our furnaces and rolling mills are the reason the plant runs at all.

Regular safety training keeps every worker, from the shop floor to the control room, current on procedure and hazard awareness.

Every worker, employee and visitor on-site is equipped with the right personal protective equipment (PPE) before stepping onto the plant floor.

Scheduled inspection of plant machinery catches wear and risk before it becomes an incident.

Safety guidelines are built with the participation of employees at every level, so standards are followed, not just posted on a wall.
