Schools That Stand Taller

Desks, fans, learning aids and sanitation blocks for village schools and local hospitals near our plants, the everyday basics a classroom or a ward shouldn't have to go without.

Clean Water, Better Roads

Hand-pumps, water lines and paved roads for the settlements around our units, infrastructure built to outlast a single monsoon, not just survive it.

Care Without a Price Tag

Free medical check-up camps bring doctors, diagnostics and medicines directly to families who'd otherwise travel hours to be seen.

Skills That Outlast a Shift

Hands-on training for local women and youth, trades and confidence that keep paying off long after the workshop ends.

Standing With Every Child

Partnerships with NGOs fund nutrition, schooling and creative programmes for underprivileged children, so where a child starts doesn't decide where they end up.

Greener Than We Found It

Tree-plantation drives, maintained green patches and rainwater harvesting around our sites, our way of putting something back into the land that feeds our furnaces.

FLAGSHIP PROGRAMME

A School Built to Outlast a Single Generation

Run by the Elegant Care Foundation, the group's CSR wing, this school in Purulia opened its doors on 19 December 2023, inaugurated by Smt. Premlata Devi Agarwal.

It carries the name of Late Sarad Agarwal Ji, a memorial that now shapes the education of children from the villages around our plants.
